The room was spotless and nicely furnished, featuring a fridge, dining space, and seating area, and its location was excellent, being close to a huge nearby supermarket.

It is more a general observation that booking a cheap room will put you in the worst room available so that you complain and pay a lot more than was ones intention booking at Booked.net. And the tric seams to be to make a good sounding name for that particular room available on internet, put it on the website as a room more expensive than other rooms, but in fact it's where even Harry Potter wouldn^t want to sleep in and only put his broom in.

Outstandingly accommodating and pretty friendly staff with great local knowledge. Very clean pool, parking on site.

Every time we stay in Puerto Vallarta, we like to stay here. This hotel is interesting and clean, with tastefully decorated rooms. - the staff are pleasant. - It includes an excellent restaurant for the price.

The booked room was wonderful and tastefully decorated with a balcony. A fridge, an oven and kitchenware were a huge plus. The location was marvellous, for example, Malecon Boardwalk was not too far away from the hotel. The staff was very, very nice, amicable.

Great restaurant, close to shopping and the beach. The view at night was spectacular.

A little hard to find. The streets were one-way and didn't go all the way through to the hotel.

The spotless rooms with coffee and a kitchen area were awesome. the staff was very nice and friendly all the time. -the hotel's location was great and unbeatable, so close to a big hill that overlooks a gorgeous view of Puerto Vallarta and the bay.

Room had a cool balcony and the bed was so cozy 😊. the location was super convenient, just a quick 10-15 minutes' stroll to the Malecon Boardwalk.

The breakfast offered a lot of food to satisfy everyone. My room was spacious and had a balcony with fantastic views. - the hotel's location was good, not far from the Malecon Boardwalk. - It was a really nice stay, perfect for a Waikiki-style vacation.

The location here is fantastic, close to a great restaurant and in a charming area, I popped into Cafe Deli for some coffee and treats, it's nearby and I highly suggest it.

Amazing view of bay, whales, sunset. Excellent air flow in corner suite. Helpful staff. Spectacular restaurant & terrace. Lovely pool with good WiFi. Higher up with spectacular views of city and sunsets. No negative aspects mentioned.
